Declaration:
I hereby declare that the information given above
are correct to the best of my knowledge &
belief. I hereby agree to abide by the terms and
conditions of allotment of residential/ commercial
plots prescribed by Gulshan-E-Subhan and its
byelaws.
Down Payment is not refundable.
Construction can be started after approval of
map for building in the plot.
In the Map Construction of Shade is not allowed
on the Street Side.
The process of Registration and Transfer of Plot
will be completed on full payment of the plot.
For Commercial plot 15% will be charged extra.
For Corner Road Facing will be charged extra.
In case of monthly installments, the allot will
hand over all the cheques payable, on 10th of
every month.
In the case of installments, the booking of the
plot will be cancelled if three Installments will
short continuously. And 50% of the deposited amount
will be deducted as service charges.
If any member/person who has purchase the plot
in installment wants to transfer the plot in other
name 25% will be charged extra.
Due to lack of confidence belief matter may be
referred to the local court of law for Settlement/decision.
Special chosen will be offered to the clients
on booking of Residential and Commercial plot
at a time.
10% Discount will be offered to those clients
who book more than one plot.
Registration & transfer charges of selected
members will be responsibility of company.
Applicants form abroad will have to pay according
to the currency rate of the day of Booking.
